Construction Management

E.W. Littlefield has experience with many construction management projects. We approach construction management with an open book approach, diligence, and strong work ethic. Our experienced team has great knowledge in planning, design, and managing of all types of projects. Most importantly, we are a team player when it comes to construction management because, “In CM, teamwork makes success.”.

Design-Build

E.W. Littlefield is focused on providing top-notch quality, and this flows into our design-build process. Again, our three values of: honesty, integrity, and quality are major factors in our success of design-build construction and the satisfaction of our clients.

Safety

E.W. Littlefield, Inc. & Sons maintains a comprehensive written safety program. Jobsite safety meetings are conducted by the Project Supervisor on a weekly basis with all construction personnel.

• We have provided OSHA—30 HOUR training sessions to ALL current E.W. Littlefield employees.
• Our Safety Policy is reviewed annually and updated.
• Kenton Littlefield serves as the primary Safety Officer/Coordinator.
